The Porta 65 - Jovem Program is a financial support system for renting housing by young people, individually, in households or in cohabitation.
Its objective is to regulate incentives for young tenants, encouraging:
-More autonomous lifestyles by young people alone, in family or in young cohabitation;
- Rehabilitation of degraded urban areas;
- Boosting the rental market.
This program supports the rental of residential dwellings, allocating a percentage of the rent value as a monthly subsidy.
