If you need help with something that is not on our list, do not worry!

For that, you just need to send us an email to one@census.pt and then our team will tell you how many credits you will have to spend. If you agree, we will deduct these credits from your account and help is available.

Your data is securely stored for up to 1 year after cancelling your account/subscription. If you wish to permanently delete your data from the application, you can do so by sending an email to one@census.pt. All information will be deleted immediately and it will not be possible to reverse this action.
